Class Photos 2004-2005
Who went to the beach this summer?  Who learned how to ride a bike?  Who has a baby
sister?  With this Community Building Activity there is no time to be shy.  The goal is to
be the first one with all questions filled in with a student's name.  They had a great time
learning each others names and facts about them.  You can see that from the pictures.
During our Westward Movement unit, we studied the uses and importance of
quilts.  We looked at artwork, read
The Patchwork Quilt, and then created a
square of our own.  Each square that was created came with a story to tell.
After all were turned in we then put together a class quilt.  As you can see in
the pictures below the students enjoyed looking at the quilt and telling their
story.
Facts on the Brain, one of our many Math games that we play.
We played Mississippi Jeopardy each
week during our Mississippi Unit.
